Normally at war, these chessmen on the senior campus are standing side-by-side in solemn support of each other on Unity Day.
On Thursday the 15th of September students and staff experienced real life collaborative learning as they shared their cultural heritage with others.
It was a day full of activities for all to learn about the great diversity of the College.
The day began with our Indigenous students acknowledging the Dharug people's land where our College resides and respects.
This was followed by a spectacular fashion parade of cultural dress to showcase the many nationalities within our College.
Students and staff continued the day with activities such as:
- Indian Dance Lessons
- Spanish Lessons
- Chinese Lessons
- Korean Kpop Dance
- Filipino Lessons
- Tagalog Lessons
- French Lessons
- Bollywood Dancing
- World Geography Quiz
Students and staff are to be congratulated for their preparation to ensure a wonderful day and for their participation in the activities.
