Mr Antonio Chiappetta, Leader of Learning Creative and Performing Arts was one of the presenters at the Australian Independent Music Awards, held at the Enmore Theatre on Wednesday the 26th of October.
Mr Chiappetta's band was a previous winner of the Best Alternative Band Award at the AIMA and he was honoured to be able to present the nominees and winners of the Best Alternative Band Award at this year's event.
"AIMA is a great vehicle for encouraging and acknowledging unsigned Australian Artists and their original music", said Mr Chiappetta.
Mr Chiappetta has also worked behind the scenes for AIMA and has created video testimonials on the best ways for creatives to enter the Australian Music industry.
"I feel that my teaching relies heavily on my industry experience. It allows me to give student performers a true insight into life beyond the HSC as a performer and industry professional", stated Mr Chiappetta.
