As a trainee, you’ll be working within our 80 schools to support innovative and contemporary learning facilitated through a wide variety of modern technologies while developing invaluable communication and problem-solving skills in a professional environment.

Commitment to Close the Gap clear for Western Sydney Catholic schools
Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese (CSPD) has released its first annual Closing the Gap report. This report outlines its contribution to improving socio-economic outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, particularly students and their families. CSPD Chief Executive Officer Jack de Groot said the report reflects the dedication of CSPD’s 6 500 staff in fostering reconciliation and equity through the organisation’s 80 outstanding school across Western Sydney and the Blue Mountains.

Bishop of Parramatta recognises student excellence
Each year, one Year 12 student in every Catholic secondary school in the Diocese of Parramatta is awarded the Bishop of Parramatta Award for Student Excellence. This prestigious award is nominated by the school principal and recognises a student’s witness to their Catholic faith and outstanding contribution to the school community in areas such as academic excellence, sporting achievement, creative and performing arts, social justice, vocational education and community involvement.
